Terms of Service — WAYLE

These terms govern use of and purchases from the WAYLE store at wayle.shop. The store offers metal collectible and display models, including karambit models. The model details shown on the product page and the order terms form part of the purchase terms.

Choosing a model and using the product

Before purchasing, check the model, finish, dimensions, material, and package contents shown on the product page. Backgrounds and props in photos are not included unless stated otherwise. Differences between screens do not allow us to supply a different product or finish from the one ordered.

The models are intended for collecting and display and are not offered as cutting tools or for self-defense. Even an unsharpened model may have a pointed tip. Handle and store the product carefully; do not use it to harm, threaten, or for any unlawful purpose. The products are not presented as children's toys.

Ordering and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details, be legally capable of entering into the transaction, and use an authorized payment method. Before confirming payment, check the model, quantity, delivery address, fulfillment terms, and total amount.

Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels, and payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. Promotion terms will appear with the relevant offer. Order confirmation is sent to the contact details provided when purchasing.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of unavailable stock or an error, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute the model or increase the price without your consent. If the transaction cannot be completed, payment will be refunded according to applicable law.

Shipping and order support

Shipping is free to destinations available for ordering in the store. Products are imported and fulfilled through overseas suppliers and warehouses. Delivery times and methods are subject to the details provided for your order and the Shipping Policy. We do not promise a delivery time that has not been provided for your order.

WAYLE is your point of contact for questions, shipment inquiries, and problems, even when a supplier or shipping company handles fulfillment. If a product is damaged, differs from your order, or is late beyond the agreed date, contact us with your order details.

Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in WAYLE's Returns and Cancellations Policy. You can submit a cancellation notice through our order cancellation service. Purchasing during a promotion does not cancel statutory rights.

These terms do not exclude a right to cancel, a remedy for a defect or nonconformity, or any liability imposed on WAYLE by law. If there is a conflict with a mandatory legal provision, that provision prevails.

Using the website and privacy

Do not make unauthorized payments, provide false information, access systems without authorization, or disrupt the store. Content and trademark rights belong to their respective owners. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information to operate it and provide personalization, measurement, and advertising services. Information handling, the providers involved, and your available choices are described in WAYLE's Privacy Policy.

Updates and governing law

Updated terms apply going forward and do not retroactively reduce the terms of an existing order or rights already accrued. Israeli law governs use and purchases, without limiting any additional mandatory provisions that apply. Jurisdiction is determined by law.
