Privacy Policy — WAYLE

This policy applies to the WAYLE store at wayle.shop: browsing models, adding items to your cart, purchasing, and contacting customer service. It explains what information we and the providers operating the store receive, how it is used, and how to contact us about it. WAYLE's operators are responsible for information under their control. Information related to your order

• When you purchase: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, selected model, quantity, and transaction details.
• When you contact customer service: your message, order details, and documents or photos you choose to attach, for example when reporting a damaged product.
• While you browse: your IP address, device and browser details, pages and models viewed, cart activity, and cookies or similar identifiers.
• At checkout: payment data is processed by the payment services available at checkout. Transaction approval and payment status information are used to handle your order. Do not send us a full card number or security code by email or through the contact form.

Why we ask for these details

Order details are used to process payment, issue transaction documents, arrange fulfillment and delivery, and track the package. Customer service details are used to reply, investigate problems, and handle cancellations and refunds. Technical information is used to operate and secure the store, prevent fraud, and measure its use.

Providing information for a purchase or inquiry is your choice and, generally, is not a legal obligation to provide it to WAYLE. Without the details needed for a particular action, we cannot complete it — for example, ship an order without an address or reply without contact details. After a purchase, we have legal obligations to retain transaction documents.

Who receives information to handle your order

The store runs on Shopify. Information needed to provide the service may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, AutoDS for order management, and the product suppliers, warehouses, and shipping companies involved in fulfillment, including through AliExpress. For example, your name and delivery address are sent to the party handling shipment. Information may also be provided to professional advisers or an authorized authority to meet a legal obligation or address legal proceedings.

Some providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored and processed in other countries. Information transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.

Cookies, personalization, and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies are used to operate and secure the store, keep your cart and browsing preferences, and support measurement and marketing according to the services in use and any required consent. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect your cart or checkout.

As part of Shopify's enhanced services, information about store activity may be combined with activity in other stores and Shopify services to personalize shopping, measurement, and advertising. Where Shopify determines its own processing purposes, it is responsible for that processing and related requests. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

You can manage data-sharing choices on the data-sharing choices page and Shopify's privacy portal. Global Privacy Control signals are handled according to applicable law and Shopify's privacy settings.

Contacting customer service or purchasing does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing messages. Marketing that requires consent will be sent only after consent is lawfully obtained. You can unsubscribe through the link in a message or by contacting us. Order, shipping, and refund messages will be sent as needed even if you have not subscribed to marketing.

Retention and requests about your information

Information is retained as needed to handle orders and service, keep legally required records, and resolve disputes. There is no single retention period for every type of information. Access to and protection of information are subject to applicable legal requirements; no online system is completely immune to security incidents.

You can request access to information about you and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated under Israel's Privacy Protection Law. Requests for deletion or cessation of use will be reviewed according to applicable law and our retention obligations. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to receive a copy, transfer information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email your request with “Privacy” in the subject line. We may ask for identification to the extent necessary to handle it, without requesting unnecessary details. A parent or guardian wishing to inquire about information provided by a minor can contact us in the same way. You can also contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live.

Policy updates will appear on this page. If an update requires an additional notice or consent, we will act according to applicable law.
